There are 2 locations - 43 Mercer & 94 Rivington (also locations in Seattle & L.A.). The owners opened the first Babeland store in Seattle in 1993 in response to the lack of women-friendly sex shops. The store offers top quality products, a pleasant place to shop, and most of all information and encouragement to women who wanted to explore their sexuality. They even offer classes!
